• technical service case support (create and monitor technical questions and problems)

These functions are hosted directly within our Oracle NetSuite CRM & ERP system

Important notes for first time users or forgotten passwords:

• If you have never purchased from Enfield Technologies, you may create a customer account online during the login process.

• If your company already has an Enfield Technologies account but no online access, please contact Enfield Technologies by email or telephone and we will provide you with a user name and password.

• If your company already has online account access please do not create a new account. Duplicate accounts will cause account management and delivery problems, and will not have credit approvals and transaction history.

• If necessary, you can recover your user name or password during the login process, or by contacting Enfield Technologies by email or telephone We will reset your account and send you a new user name and password.

• Purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) subject to Enfield Technologies terms and conditions. For Net 30 credit, please contact Enfield Technologies for an application.

• All credit card information and store check out use encrypted secure systems.
