S2 Rod Lock Cylinder Positioning

In this demonstration, we are showing the ability to use our Enfield S2 positioning system to do rod lock cylinder positioning within 0.1% of stroke. The setup includes a SICK MPS sensor (feedback), function generator (command), a Bimba rod lock cylinder, a toggle switch valve and a wooden mallet. The actuator was initially commanded to different positions along the stroke, the rod lock was engaged and then hit with a mallet, then the rod lock was disengaged to continue moving to commanded positions.
